SAIKAI CITY, Japan (, 2018) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, work together to do a steel trowel finish to the concrete using kneeboards to complete the floor of the Compressed Gas Storage Facility. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
