Beat the whites of the eggsstiff, beat into the jelly until it isfoamy, pour into a mold that has beenwet and serve with whipped in time for the gelatin tothicken before using. The day beforeusing is better. Coffee Moss.—To the yolks of fiveeggs add a half cup of boiling hot cof-fee and when cool add a cup of sugarand a pint of whipped cream.
