Athens, Greece. 24th November 2014. Syrian refugees care for a friend who has collapsed, until the ambulance arrives. Some of the Syrian refugees who have fled from the Syrian civil war to Greece and who camped out in Athens to protest against their treatment by the Greek state, have gone on hunger strike. 2 refugees have already been admitted to hospital.
