The lig^ht and dark shades of pink, and the pure white in self colors or combined, produce splen- did color effect, artistically arranged and finished with ribbon or chiffon. They are sure to give satisfaction and leave a marg-in of profit that is scarcely equalled by any other flower. Baskets are now quite a popular ar- rangement for funeral remembrances, for there is the advantage of having the stems in water which insures their being fresh to the end of the service. Ai-ranged baskets are also beautiful as gifts for weddings, birthday and other anniversaries. When it is desired to ?quicken up a bit, small vase baskets filled with all one variety and displayed in quantity will make a striking win- dow. A well written card or two and the price prominently featured will soon start them on their mission. Srrsall boxes nicely arrang'ed, one ?dozen to a "box, displayed in quantity with a price card will be sure to start something. When such windows have been featured for a day or two and it is desired to make a change, the sale should be carried on in a smaller way in the store with fewer quantities, a small table being given to each, so that those who call for arrangements shown earlier in the week can still be sup- plied.
