NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Dec. 09, 2016) -- Seaman Kevin Kinnel, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) Air Department, V-4 Division, relays a message through a sound-powered telephone prior to loading 500,000 gallons of JP-5 fuel aboard the ship.
