The refurbishment of a 1970s building provides energy-efficient modern office accommodation and improved reception and retail opportunities together with a new identity. The design improves the standard of accommodation and accessibility into the building whilst creating more transparency at ground floor. A cantilevered roof structure or 'halo' has been added to the tower to provide the building with a striking feature.
