The Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, works with State and Local partners to renourish beaches that meet environmental, safety, and storm risk reduction needs. The sun rises on the recently nourished Flagler Beach, with cubic yards of sand. In the implementation, sand fences, dune vegetation, and post and rope installations will be in the next few weeks.
