In 1905 he was promoted to supervisor of the same depart-ment and he is still filling this position efficiently. Mr. Green was married in Ontario, October 26, 1881, to MissMenerva L. Healy. They have three cliildren, viz.: Mrs. MarritfNoble of Roseville; Alec, a machinist with the Southern Pacific Rail-road Company, and Arvin, a student in the high school.
