The award is given to supervisors and bosses to reflect the efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide-range of measures. In Ruggieri’s case, Meyer Capel made arrangements to ensure the Guardsman was able to support Eager Lion in Jordan in August of 2019 and support flood operations in June of 2019.
