Etrog Citron: The fruit can be quite large, with very bumpy, thick rind. When it is fully ripe, it is yellowy orange, the oil in the skin has a distinctive scent. The fruit is used in religious festivals such as the Jewish Feast of the Tabernacles. This fruit can be used for candied peel. Photographed at The Citrus Centre Pulborough in April
