Panoramic view of the Chora ("capital") and Livadi, the port of Serifos island (Cyclades, Greece) from the "path of the miners". It is the path that starts from the Hora of Serifos and after a 2-2 and half hour walk goes to Mega Livadi and Koutalas the main mining centers of the islands. Once a week or once every 2 weeks, the miners were talking this path going from their huts close to the mines, heading to the Hora, the "capital" of the island to buy food and any other necesary supplies. They could also have some moments of relaxation or "entertainment" in the Kafeneia (Coffee shops) of the Hora, a short break to their hard lives.
