The grand trumpet-shaped flowers measure 7 to 9 inches in length, and 4 to 6 inches across, and are formed of th7-ee difitinct trumpet floivers, growing each within the other ; the mouth of the corolla is a delicate white, while the outside is richly marbled with purple.
