Red morwong (Morwong fuscus) has a distinctive red upper body with pale bands near the tail and a pair of small horns in front of the eyes. They are common along the southeast coast of Australia and can often be seen resting on the substrate, often in groups. Note small Moray eel peeping out of a hole above the fish.
