POULSBO, Wash. (Nov. 4, 2016) Marine Corps Security Force Battalion-Bangor Command Sgt. Maj. David McKinley, the oldest Marine in attendance, shares a piece of cake with Pfc. Christian Pichardo, the youngest Marine in attendance, during the 241st United States Marine Corps birthday ball hosted by the battalion at the Kiana Lodge. Maj. Gen. John Lejeune issued General Order 47 on November 1, 1921, for Marines to commemorate the establishment of the Continental Marines — November 10, 1775.
