Charles Tai Gituai (right) the AMISOM Deputy Force Commander in Charge of Operations and Plans meet Lt. Gen. Esa Pulkkinen, the EU Military and Conduct Capability Director who is also the Head of the EU Training Missions in Somalia, Mali and the Central Africa Republic. Lt. Gen. Pulkkinen on 16 January 2019 visited Mogadishu, Somalia and held discussions with the AMISOM leadership.
