MANAMA, Bahrain (June 19, 2013) Sailors assigned to guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) participate in a morning dance class at the Regional Institute for Active Learning. Twelve Sailors visited the school to assist instructors and socialize with children. Higgins is deployed to the 5th Fleet area of responsibility promoting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions for Operation Enduring Freedom.
