Deputy Garrison Commander Lt. Col. Sheila L. Coker provides closing remarks during the installation observance of Women's Equality Day on Aug. 16, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The guest speaker for the event was Sylvia Carey-Butler, associate vice chancellor for Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Carey-Butler has a doctorate in higher education administration and policy and has worked in education for more than 35 years.
