Downtown LA
In my opinion Los Angeles skyline is very difficult to photograph from a distance. It is surrounded by haze and smog almost every day of the year. Ocasionaly the haze and smog get blown away by Santa Ana winds. This weather occurence start sometimes in late September and contninues through April. The winds blow from the deserts of Nevada and Arizona. On those days you can get a quite good image.
