Staff with William Beaumont Army Medical Center’s Internal Medicine Clinic is recognized as the Army’s third “Best of the Best” among all Primary Care Clinics and 16th “Best of the Best” for Primary Care Clerks & Receptionists, during a recognition ceremony at the IMC, March 14. The Army’s “Best of the Best” report recognizes Military Health Facilities that derive high outpatient clinic satisfaction scores on the Defense Health Agency’s Joint Outpatient Experience Survey (JOES).
