Heremained with the Southern Bell Com-pany until 1894, when he was called year and a half during the war whenhe served as a lieutenant in the aviationdivision of the Army. He is a nativeof Pennsylvania and was graduatedfrom the arts department of DickinsonCollege in 1914. The office in Clevelandwas opened because of the growing im-portance of the district as an indus-trial and railway J. E. DOZIER to Boston by the New England Tele-phone & Telegraph Company.
