Paris shops in 1919 decorated their windows with beautiful souvenirs made by Belgians out of bags that contained flour sent to them by the Belgian Relief Committee. Many soldiers bought these souvenirs to take back home, supporting the Belgians in their efforts to make a living. This photograph shows an attractive display in a Paris department store known as "Aux Trois Quartie".
