The dry docks in winter at the Suomenlinna sea fortress, Helsinki, Finland


The dry docks were build during 1700s and is still used in renovation and winter storage of old sailboats. Fortress of Suomenlinna was listed in the Unesco World Heritage site in 1991 as especially interesting example of European military architecture of the 18th century.
