The Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church is located in Panjim, Goa, India. The colonial Portuguese Baroque style church was first built in 1541 as a chapel on a hill side overlooking the city of Panjim. The white sparkling church is majorly famed for its architecture and its flight of stairs that zigzag to the top. Another attraction of the church is the Augustinian Bell located in the belfry, which also the second largest bell in Goa. Built in a Portuguese Baroque style, the church is located on a slight elevation, on a hillock.
