BREMERTON, Washington (July 31, 2017) Airman Matthew Conner, assigned to USS John C. Stennis' (CVN 74) aircraft launch and recovery equipment division (V-2), inspects an aircraft catapult track plate for maintenance on the ship's flight deck. John C. Stennis is conducting a planned incremental availability (PIA) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, during which the ship is undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
