View down to the landmark Tiger's Nest (Taktshang) Tibetan Buddhist Monastery perched high on the edge of a cliff near Paro, Bhutan. According to legend, Guru Padmasambhava, the founder of Buddhism in Bhutan, meditated in a cave here after arriving on the back of a flying tiger. Construction of the first temple at this site began in 1692.
