It includes ruins Hadrian’s Library, the gate of Athena archegetis (chief leader), entrance to a large marketplace with shops, the Tower of the Winds, or Horologion of Andronikos Kyrrhestes, an ancient octagonal tower housing a water clock and a wind vane showing each of the carved wind deities representing a wind direction.
