In the desisfn before us the reader can well judge for himself of the beautyand grace of the drawing. The nude female figure is a model of loveliness,and the litde cupids dispordng about her, laughingly avoiding the playful strokesof her whip, are charmingly graceful in their attitudes. The group is arrangedin a flowering branch suggestive of a bower, and the skill with which the leaveshave been made to harmonize gives a particular merit to the Necklace and Ear-rings : Getssel 6^ Harluns^.
