Soldiers with 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne) and Marines with VMM-161 volunteered to teach children oral hygiene basics at the orphanage. Members with the 403rd CAB support Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa by specializing in strengthening partnerships throughout East Africa. The 403rd CAB offers the oral hygiene class weekly and helps between 60-185 children per class.
