Juergen Nisi is the maintenance manager for the 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s Base Support Operations Maintenance in Grafenwoerhr, Germany. He started as a mechanic in Mannheim at Spinelli Barracks. Now, after 10 years with BASOPS Maintenance and a total of 44 years with the Army, the German local national employee will retire in November.
