Cinco Jotas factory iberian ham cellar Jabugo village, Huelva province, Region of Andalusia, Spain. Jabugo is internationally known thanks to its Iberian ham produced in the town and the entire region, protected under the Jabugo Protected Designation of Origin. It is a ham well known for its texture, aroma and unique flavor. This ham is made in the natural park Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche under unique microclimatic conditions, from 100% Iberian pigs raised in freedom within the pasture, and fed exclusively with acorns and natural pastures during the montanera.
