A winter daybreak on Loch Lomond and the Arrochar Alps from the summit of Beinn Bhreac

A two hour climb over deep snow and ice brought me to the summit of Beinn Bhreac (the speckled mountain) a Graham situated on the west bank of Loch Lomond immediately opposite Ben Lomond. This is the view north, at daybreak, looking along the length of the loch towards the snow capped Arrochar Alps, principal of which is Ben Vorlich, and the mountains around Crianlarich.
