Kyle Brackett, 21st Airlift Squadron C-17 instructor pilot, pilots a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft asigned to the 21st Airlift Squadron, before landing at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Sept. 23, 2017. The C-17 had just delivered 105,000 pounds and 18 pallets of water and MREs to St. Croix after the island had sustained damage from Hurricane Maria.
