He was educated in the publicschools, and passed his boyhood on hisfathers farm. At the age of seventeenyears he entered the employ of I. , blanket manufacturer, atvSouth Wolfeborough, and since he wastwenty-one years old has been foreman ofthe factory. He has been two terms onthe board of supervisors, one term aschairman, and moderator.
