Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld speaks with Boy Scouts during the national annual meeting of the Boy Scouts of America at the Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, on May 25, 2006. Boy Scouts of America will present Rumsfeld with the Golden Buffalo Award. The award, scouting's highest commendation, was created in 1925 and is presented to those who give truly noteworthy and extraordinary service to youth. Rumsfeld will join previous honorees including Norman Rockwell, Charles Lindbergh, Bob Hope, Neil Armstrong and 14 former presidents including Gerald Ford.
