Private Brotherhood from South Carolina photographed the aftermath of bomb damage. The image shows a desecrated cemetery and a partially damaged church. In the foreground, two German rifles can be seen, indicating that the enemy was using this location for sniping. This photograph was taken on January 23, 1919, in Dun sur Meuse, Meuse, France, during World War One. The authenticity of the image was confirmed by an Army Expeditionary Force censor.
