Lt. Gen John S. Kolasheski, commanding general, V Corps greets Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III, Polish Minister of Defense Mariusz Blaszcak and Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski upon their arrival to Powidz Air Base, Feb. 18, 2002. Austin will visit and Polish troops and tour the facilities and observe the culture and conditions of our rotational presence there. After visiting Poland Austin will continue on to Lithuania where he will talk with leaders of the Baltic states and will visit with Service members stationed in Lithuania.
