Army Reserve Sgt. Samuel Marquez with the 653rd Regional Support Group, a Army Reserve unit based out of Phoenix, AZ, conducts an inprocessing brief to Justified Accord 23 participants in Nairobi, Kenya on Feb. 9, 2023. Justified Accord is Africa Command’s largest exercise in East Africa. Led by Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), this multi-national exercise brings together more than 20 countries from 4 continents to increase partner readiness for peacekeeping missions, crisis response and humanitarian assistance.
