UTICA, NEW YORK – A Soldier with Bravo Company 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion programs the channels and frequency on a multi-band inter/intra team radio (MBITR) during Exercise Oriskany on March 13, 2016 at the Utica New York Army Reserve Training Center.
