It took first premium over all reds at the national Carnation show held in Indianapolis, 1894, also again in Boston, 1895, and at other shows where exhibited. Price 30 cts. Delia Fox (new). A great improvement on "; Flowers larger, simi- lar in color, but much more brilliant, and greatly to be preferred to that famous sort. It has taken more prizes at flower shows than any other new variety ever introduced. Fine for amateurs, and valuable for cut flowers. Price 30 cts. Her Majesty. A new hardy garden variety from England, a great improvement on all other sorts, superior in hardiness, size of flower and freedom of bloom. The flowers, which are of a large size, similar to a Carnation, and of the purest white color and very fragrant, are borne on stout, erect stems, twelve inches long. It is perfectly hardy, and will winter in the open border without protection. It was awarded nine first-class certificates at exhibitions in England, an unprecedented list of honors and the greatest number of certificates ever awarded for a plant of like char- acter. Price 10 cts. Tidal Wave. The pink of pinks — the tidal wave among Carnations. Flowers very large and very perfect in form ; color bright rosy pink, changing to a beautiful soft pink with salmon shading, when flowers are fully expanded.
