Heald The Young Mens Christian Association of Colorado College wasorganized nearly twenty years ago, October 13, 1889. From its smallbeginning it has grown steadily in strength and influence. The mem-bership has increased from 9 to 210 and the various departments fromalmost nothing to their present high state of development. The successof its efforts to unite the men of the College in the broad development ofthe best interests of the students is shown by the extent of the work donethis year. A summary of the work would show the following: Employmentsecured for no students, the cash value of which amounts to $9,000 ayear; one hundred men enrolled in Bible study groups, meeting weekly,the leaders of which are coached by Dean Parsons; one hundred menenrolled in Mission study classes under leade
