The recently-installed Captial Bikeshare bike station in Clarendon, Arlington, VA, on the corner of Washington Blvd and 10th St N. Capital Bikeshare is a self-service bicycle rental service launched in the Washington DC area in May 2010 and merging Washington DC's Smartbike DC program (launched August 2008) and another program that was being developed by Arlington County.
