PUERTO BARRIOS, Guatemala (Sept. 29, 2017) Construction Electrician 3rd Class Tyler Christensen, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1, replaces a light bulb in the maternity ward at Hospital Nacional de la Amistad Japón-Guatemala during a Southern Partnership Station 17 (SPS 17) community relations project (COMREL). SPS 17 is a Navy deployment executed by Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet, focused on subject matter expert exchanges with partner nation militaries and security forces in Central and South America.
