Doug Perry as commander, Joint Force Command Norfolk, commander, 2nd Fleet, and director, Combined Joint Operations from the Sea – Centre of Excellence. 2nd Fleet employs maritime forces ready to fight across multiple domains in the Atlantic and Arctic to ensure access, deter aggression, and defend , allied, and partner interests.
