ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 19, 2015) A Ghanaian police officer, in conjunction with the Military Sealift Command’s joint high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1), inspects the fishing records aboard a fishing vessel during Africa Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership operations Feb. 19, 2015. Spearhead is on a scheduled deployment to the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of the international collaborative capacity-building program Africa Partnership Station.
