MONROVIA, Liberia (October 3, 2014) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Richard Brown, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, instructs a local contractor on grader operations at the Monrovian Medical Unit site in Monrovia, Liberia in support of Operation United Assistance. NMCB 133 will provide initial engineering site assessments in the areas of Liberia where the Ebola Treatment Units will be constructed.
