Air Force Master Sgt. Adam Porter, Air Forces in Europe Band tubist, built relationships through music while participating in multiple events Aug. 18-24 throughout Kyiv to celebrate Ukraine’s 30th anniversary of independence. Porter, a native of Plymouth, Massachusetts, joined the Air Force band program in 1993 and says a great honor of his is to be able to bring a piece of American culture around the world with him when he plays.
