Region VII Best Warrior competitors participate in the three mile run of the fitness event at the Army National Guard's Region VII Best Warrior Competition at Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, Colorado, May 17-20, 2021. The fitness test consisted of eight events, primarily upper body, followed by a three mile run. Sixteen elite Noncommissioned officers and Soldiers from eight states and territories compete in this competition.
