BANGOR, Wash. (Oct. 25, 2016) Cmdr. Christopher George, right, from Homedale, Idaho, properly relieves Capt. Jeffrey Bierley, from Birmingham, Alabama, during a change of command ceremony for the fast-attack submarine USS Seawolf (SSN 21). Seawolf, homeported in Bremerton, Washington, is the first of the Navy’s three Seawolf-class submarines, which were designed to be faster and quieter than their Los Angeles-class counterpart.
