Jupiter Inlet Light - 7th Coast Guard District, Miami, Florida. Shining from 105-foot red brick tower, the 1,000,000 candlepower Jupiter Inlet Light marks the dangerous shoal lying off the inlet. The light, established in 1860, is 146 feet above water and is visible 18 miles. It is located on the north side of the inlet. Storm warning signals are displayed during daytime, and the station facilities include a radiobeacon.
