Villalba, Puerto Rico's Mayor Luis Javier Hernàndez spoke to a neighborhood meeting on January 27, 2018 about Hurricane Maria/Hurricane Irma response and recovery operations by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Army Corps of Engineers and other federal agencies. Diane Kozlowski (seated at table on the right) serves as a Corps local government liaison for the area around Ponce in the south central part of Puerto Rico.
